This wine estate has been inhabited and managed by the same family for more than 100 years. This family was, in fact, the first to plant Moscato vineyards in Piedmont.
The wines are of the highest quality. The buildings are in excellent condition.
The estate is sold inclusive of the two-bedroom house, garage, storage rooms, wine cellar, tasting room, all necessary equipment and wine stocks.
The main house currently has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It needs renovation, but is habitable. The barns and storage rooms below can be converted into living space.
On the side of the house is a wine storage room with steel tanks and oak barrels. An old Muscat tower is also present.
The building located in front of the house is the main garage for tractors. It would be possible to dig into the back wall of earth to make an underground cellar, locally called an "infernot." The soil is clayey in nature.
The upper floor of this building houses the tasting room, which is in excellent condition but would benefit from an aesthetic makeover.
Adjacent to these buildings is the main wine warehouse, on the same level, with a large garage below. The bottling line, tanks, and bottle storage are located here.
On the lower level is the garage for tractors and cars.
The current wine production is about 49,000 bottles per year made on more than 3 hectares of wine land.
The property is located a few kilometers from the lively and beautiful town of Canelli and enjoys beautiful panoramic views.
