The history of Crevan Island began when an Austrian military garrison occupied the island from 1815 until 1866.
Later, the occupation passed to the Italian Army until after the First World War.
Today the island is privately owned and a complete restoration of the fortess has been carried out by the owners to fit the habitation.
Accommodation
The surface of the island is about 5,500 square meters, with lush and secular trees, with green spaces and a flourishing orchard.
The fort, completely renovated, has an area of approximately 170 sqm and is equipped with eletricity, water, heating and air conditioning.
It features an internal canal with private docking.

The island of Crevan is located in the most charming position in the Lagoon of Venice, in front of the wellknow island of Burano and Torcello.
It's located North of Saint Erasmus Island , is bounded on the North-East from The Burano Canal and South-East by The Crevan Canal.
