This wonderful property offers top quality comfort and privacy, yet is located close to all of Ibiza's hot spots. In less than 5 minutes drive you are in Ibiza town or at Playa d'en Bossa beach. Salinas beach & Cala Jondal are a 10 minute drive. EXTERIOR AREAS The outdoor dining table and shaded chill out area are where most guest spend their time. The centrepiece of this villa is certainly the spacious, kidney shaped pool with circular shallow childs pool. The whole property is secured by an electric gate and an alarm system. INTERIOR LIVING AREAS Interior living areas have been created to offer different spaces for all guests. The large lounge & dining room features a comfy sofa area opening up to the pool terrace, and access flowing to the exterior dining area and BBQ. A large interior dining table & further sofa complete the room, along with a 55" TV and Sonos music system. All areas are fully air conditioned. ROOMS Every area of the house (inc. apartment) is fully air conditioned. The main villa features 2 x upstairs bedrooms & 2 x downstairs, three have their own private bathrooms, the fourth one has the bathroom next to it, so it can also be accessed from the living area. From the two bedrooms on the upper floor, you get nice coastal views and can enjoy privacy on your own terrace in front of the bedrooms.
